1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Butter (or margarine)
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 C. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Blueberries, Floured

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Sift dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl cream the shortening with sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and beat well.

Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Mix extremely well (the longer the mixture is blended together the better the final product). Fold in the floured blueberries.

Pour mixture in an 8X8 pan and bake 35-40 minutes.
