½ c. peanut butter
½ c. margarine
¾ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Hersey kisses, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, peanut butter, brown sugar, and ½ cup sugar together until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually, beat in a little at a time to the peanut butter mixture. Place the additional sugar in a bowl. Roll the cookie dough into 1 inch balls and roll into extra sugar. Place each ball onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and push a kiss into each cookie while still warm. Place back into oven for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
