4 Slices of White Bread with crust removed (or wheat bread)
1lb of sausages
6 Large eggs
2 Cups of Milk (whole or 2%)
10oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1tsp of dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan and arrange bread to cover the bottom then set aside.

Cook sausages in a large skillet pan and drain oil. Spread sausages evenly over the bread in pan. Then in a blender or using a mixer whip eggs and dry mustard. Pour mixture over the sausages in the pan then sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Cover and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Next morning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake casserole for 30-40 minutes.
