2 pounds of ground beef or ground turkey
2 Cups of corn flakes or oatmeal
1 Can of Tomatoes paste
1 Can of Tomatoes Sauce
1 egg
1 tsp of Sugar
½ of Onion
1 Cup of Green Pepper
½ Jar of Sweet Relish
2 Slices of bread toasted
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combined all ingredients then in a 9x5 inch Loaf Pan, Pat firmly and shape into a loaf. Then pour Ketchup on top. Place in oven and cook until firm (about 1hr and 15 minutes) then cool for 5 minutes then serve.
