Ingredients:  
1 pkg. Ore Ida hashbrowns, diced or real potatoes,
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
small onion diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hashbrowns, salt, pepper, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Spread crushed corn flakes on top and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
