1 C white sugar
1 C powdered sugar
1 C margarine or butter
1 C sunflower oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
4 to 4 1/2 C flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cream of tarter, soda, and salt. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. Roll into balls. Dip in sugar and flatten with a glass. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes. Bake less time for a softer cookies, more time for a crispier cookie.
