2 lb Pork Tenderloin
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sage, ground
½ c. water

Glaze:
½ c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
½ c water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rub meat with: sage, salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped/minced garlic on top.
2. Place meat in crock-pot with water.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. 1 hr. before roast is finished, mix together glaze ingredients in small saucepan. heat until it thickens, about 4 minutes.
5. Brush roast with glaze 2 or 3 times during the last hour of cooking.


*For a more caramelized crust, remove meat to a foil lined sheet pan. Glaze and broil for 1-2 minutes, until bubbly and caramelized. Repeat 2-3 times until desired crust is achieved. Can be served with remaining glaze on the side.

If there are left-overs. Shred or chop and serve on toasted buns then top with coleslaw and onions. Serve a crisp garlic dill pickle on the side. Yummy!
