Small can Evaporated Milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, spices, egg yolks, and flour. Mix in evaporated milk, melted butter, and sugar. Fold in the egg whites.

Bake at 375º until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (probably 30-45 minutes)

This can be baked in a baking dish or in a cooked pie crust.
