1 egg white
1 T water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 C sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water together until frothy.

Add pecan halves to beaten egg white mixture, stirring until pecans are moistened. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour mixture over pecans, mixing well and spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 250º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
