8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 lb Unsalted Butter
1 Container Prepared Pesto
Pine Nuts
Sun Dried Tomatoes (Optional)
Cheese Cloth
French Baguette or Bagel Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese in blender
Place moistened cheese cloth in loaf pan
Alternate layers of cream cheese mixture and pesto (sun dried tomatoes if desired)
Leave ins wrapped cheese cloth 1 hour
sprinkle with pine nuts
Wrap in plastic.
Keeps for days
Serve with baguette slices or bagel chips
