24 cupcake liners
24 Nilla wafers
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can Comstock Peach, Strawberry, or Blueberry filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.

Line cupcake pan with liners. Place a vanilla wafer in each liner. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Fill the liners 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375º F for 20 minutes or until set.
Top each mini cheesecake with one spoonful of filling. Chill.
