Prepare classic hollandaise sauce, see recipe.

Split 3 English muffins; toast. Spread margarine or butter ove each half.

Fry 6 thin slices fully cooked smoked ham or canadian bacon in margarine or butter until light brown.

Prepare poached eggs.

Place 2 1 ham or bacon slice on split side of each miffin; top with poached egg. Spoon warm sauce onto eggs.
