2 C sifted flour
1 T baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 T sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 C milk
1/2 C vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks. Mix milk and oil with yolks. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Bake on hot waffle iron.
