1 deep dish pie crust
2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. sweetened coconut flakes
3 large egg yolks
3 T. flour
1 T. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
3 large egg whites
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust according to package directions. Combine next seven ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to a full boil. Let cool 5 minutes. Stir and put in shell. Beat egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually add 1/2 c. sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Spread and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until meringue is lightly browned. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours.
