4 oz of uncooked Tinkyada Spaghetti
1/2 lb of Kielbasa diced
1 C Spagetti Sauce
1 C Ricotta (optional)
1-3 Egg Whites
1/3 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cu shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse in cool water when done. White noodles are cooking, Sauté diced sausage 3-4 minutes until browned. Drain. Stir into Spaghetti Sauce.

if using Ricotta mix Ricotta and 1 egg white in a small bowl. Set aside.

To drained spaghetti add 1/3 C Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1 or 2 egg whites. Press into bottom of a lightly olive oiled 8 x 8 glass pan. if using, spoon Ricotta mixture on top of noodles spreading out to cover. Top with Spagetti Sauce.

Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Cover with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 5 -10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Easier than lasagna and cuts in squares nicely! you can substitute sausage, turkey sausage or ground beef but it is not as good as the kielbas
