Ingredients:  
Chicken (select cut up chicken or package of favorite parts)
Buttermilk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano (ground)
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 cube) butter, melted in pan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, spices and cheese. Dip chicken parts in buttermilk and dredge in flour mixture.

Place in pan with melted butter. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and turn each piece over. Cook an additional 30 minutes.

Great served with pielaf!
