1lb. Italian sausage
3 large russet potatoes, chunked
1 large onion, diced
4 slices of bacon, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups of kale or spinach, chopped
2 boxes (32oz. each) chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sausage and bacon, then add all ingredients minus the kale or spinach and the heavy cream into a crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving add the heavy cream.
Add the kale or spinach right before serving.
