1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine: flour, baking soda, salt, rolled oats & wheat germ
Cream: butter, brown sugar, eggs & vanilla
Add: Oats mixture mix well
Stir: in coconut, raisins and nuts
Drop: by teaspoonful flatten slightly
Bake: at 350º for 10 minutes
