8 oz Genoa Salami, cut into slices
8 oz Sporessata or other hard salami, cut into slices
8 oz sharp provolone, shave onto salad
8 oz fresh mozerella cheese, cut into bite size pieces
2 large tomatoes cut into bite size pieces
12 oz jar roasted red peppers, sliced
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/8 cup freshly cut basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste.
