1/2 cup onion - diced
1/4 cup green pepper - diced
1/4 cup celery - diced
4 tbsp fat
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, pepper and celery. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook until done 1/2 hour or more.

This recipe originally came from Jim's mom, Ailie Anderson. I changed it a little. It is a family favorite that has been used at the Oostenink Family reunions.
