1 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg and milk to = 1 cup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c oleo melted
1 can cherry pie filling (not the 20 oz. can, the larger one)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except pie filling. spread in jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling over the batter. Sprinkle with topping consisting of:
1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oleo (melted), 1 c. flour

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost.

(Powdered sugar glaze: 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 Tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla)
