Make pizza dough but add more warm water to make it looser/elastic. Add heavy ground pepper and salt to the dough.

Pinch off the size of a meatball, stretch out the dough to shape a thin donut. Poke a hole in the middle and fry in 375 degree light oil in a heavy fry pan with enough oil to float the dough. Cook till golden brown then flip over and cook until brown on both sides.

Put in a paper towel lined calendar and layer with paper towels to cool and absorb excess oil.
