Use pizza dough you make or you can use store bought.
To make:
4 cups flour
1 package yeast
2 Tbsp slat
1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
proof yeast in a bowl. Measure 4 cups of flour and salt onto a large bowl. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add yeast mixture in center, add enough warm water to mix in a somewhat loose batter (not as stiff as bread), Knead until dough pulls away from sides of the bowl (maybe 8-10 minutes). Let rise in a warm place with a cover for 1 hour. Put on a floured board and knead for 10 minutes let rise covered until dough is double in size. Cut into approximately 18 pieces. roll each piece into a rectangle and fill with pepperoni. Roll up and make a ring or a design you like and place onto a cookie sheet sprayed with oil.
Spray or brush the top of each roll with oil and sprinkle with garlic and course salt on top/
Bake at 400º 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

You can get creative and add a little slice of fresh mozzarella and sliver of pepperoni to garnish each roll.
