1 Loaf french great (uncut)
2 Bunches green onion (chopped ends and part of greens)
2 Sticks softened margarine
1 T. Mustard
1 T. Lemon juice
1 T. Poppy seed (optional)
2 pk. Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened margarine-onion-mustard-lemon juice-poppy seed
Cut load lengthwise and spread butter mixture on both sides
Put slices of swiss cheese on each side
Close loaf and wrap loaf in tin foil
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (check and make sure cheese is melted)
