3 cups gf flour
1 tsp Xanthum gum
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder (double acting)
1 ½ cups milk (or non-dairy equivalent)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup melted butter

6 small apples, peeled, cored and diced

Topping:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP gf flour
1 TBSP cinnamon

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 TBSP milk (less if thicker glaze wanted)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Start by mixing the ingredients for the batter, except the melted butter, together. Slowly add melted butter. Pour batter into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Distribute the diced apples evenly over the batter. Mix together the topping (very thick) drop scoops evenly over the apples. Then take a knife and swirl the apples, topping and batter mixing slightly.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean. Let cool at least 20 minutes. During this time prepare the glaze, pour the glaze on top.
