1 pound Butter
1 Cup less 2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 Cups flour

Directions:

Cream in order given, then form into a large ball.
Roll out on floured board about 1/8-1/4 inch thick
Cut with a glass the size you want to cookie to be. Use a wet rim and dip in flour so the dough won't stick.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet
300º for 12-15 min

With left over edges of dough, roll into a ball, roll out and cut some more.
These freeze well
