2 bags of broccoli
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
24 oz. block of mild cheese
8 oz. block of sharp cheese (for topping)
1 cup chicken broth
4 TBSP all purpose flour
1 can evaporated milk
Natures seasoning to taste
Salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Season broccoli with salt and Natures Seasoning. Bring broccoli to a boil then turn off heat and set aside.

Melt butter over medium heat, add milk and stir. Add cream of chicken soup and stir. Add 1 tsp. Natures Seasoning and salt (to taste) and stir. Add flour and whisk to remove any lumps.

Shred cheese into separate piles. Add mild cheese a handful at a time. Add chicken broth.

Drain broccoli and place into silver baking pan.

Pour cheese sauce over broccoli making sure all the broccoli is covered. "baptize the broccoli" as Paw-Paw puts it.

Sprinkle sharp cheese across the top of the casserole.

Bake until cheese is brown on top.
