1 pkg crescent rolls
2.5 oz cooked ham, chopped well
2 Tbsp sweet onion, chopped well
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:
Combine last 7 items in batter bowl, mix well. Unroll crescent rolls & press edges of 2 triangles to make rectangles. You should end up with 4 rectangles. Roll out each rectangle & cut into 6 pieces. Place each square into spritzed mini muffin pan & press down with tart-shaper. Put a scoop of filling into each cup. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 12-14 minutes. Serve hot!
