3 T olive oil
1/2 lb bacon roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1/3 c Apple Cider vinegar
2 cups chicken stock
2 T sugar
1 bunch Kale
1 bunch Mustard greens or collards
1 bunch Swiss Chard
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Remove ribs from greens and roughly chop
In a large pot heat oil and add bacon, brown until crisp. Stir in garlic, and cook 45 seconds. Deglaze with vinegar and chicken stock. Add sugar and greens. Partially cover, lower heat and cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For a little spicy kick add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
