1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
8 oz good quality white cheddar, shredded
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c dried cranberries
Crackers for serving with

preheat oven to 350º
Toast pecans cookie sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat for about 5 minutes. set a timer, nuts burn fast. Remove from oven. In a large mixing bowl beat together the Cheese's. Add in the pecans, salt and worcestershire sauce and continue mixing until combined. Remove from bowl and form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove chilled cheese ball, roll cheese ball in Cranberries and using your hands press as many cranberries into sides of ball as you can, except the bottom. Serve or cover and refrigerate. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
