¾ cup whipping cream
¾ cup milk
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 egg YOLKS
1½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar, and chocolate chips.

Stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture just comes to a boil.

In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks and vanilla until blended.

Stir the hot mixture into the egg yolk mixture. Return to the sauce-pan. Cook, stirring until thickened.

Strain into dessert dishes. Cover and chill thoroughly.

Serve garnished with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
