Cake/Crumbs:
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 sticks margarine, melted and completely cooled
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Extra Crumbs:
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
2 sticks margarine, melted and completely cooled

Extra crumbs:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add melted margarine to dry ingredients and mix well -- will be crumbly. Set aside.

Cake/Crumbs:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and melted margarine. Mix well together with 2 forks. Reserve 3 cups of flour mixture for crumbs.

Add 2 tsp cinnamon to reserved crumbs and mix well. Set aside.

Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to remaining flour mixture. Mix well at medium speed.

Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Sprinkle all reserved crumbs on top.

Bake at 350º F for 30-35 minutes.
