2 C. bowtie (or other pretty) pasta
1 jar dried tomato pesto, or sun-dried tomatos
1/2 C. sliced green onions
1 can or 1/2 C. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 T. olive oil
1 lb mozzarella balls (cut in half)
salt & pepper
1/2 C. fresh basil
1/4 C. pinenuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain & cool. Toss with olive oil. Add mushrooms, green onions, salt & pepper, toss. Add mozzarella & pesto or sun-dried tomatoes. Toss again, and refrigerate. Garnish with fresh basil and pinenuts.
