1 box Honey Graham Crackers
2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

FROSTING:
2 envelopes Nestlé's or Baker's pre-melted, unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white Karo syrup
3 TBSP softened margarine
1 1/2 cup Dominoes 10X powdered confectioners sugar
3 TBSP milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pie: Butter a 9X13 pan and layer it with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk and blend in Cool Whip. Pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers. Layer that with graham crackers and pour remaining pudding mixture on top. Cover with layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Frosting: Mix the frosting ingredients together and beat until smooth. Spread over cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
