1. pork loin roast
2. frosting
3. rosemary
4. garlic salt
5. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1. "Frost" any size boneless pork loin
2. Pat with rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper
3. Bake at 325º
If 2-3 lb., bake for 1.5-2 hrs
If 5-7 lb., bake for 3-4 hours
(Until 185º on meat thermometer)
