Eggs 1-2 dozen
Hellmann's organic Mayonnaise with olive oil
Pickled relish (optional)
Wet Horseradish (optional)
Dry mustard
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs until hard-boiled about 5 minutes
Cut eggs in halves removing yolks
In medium-sized mixing bowl combine yolks, mayonnaise 1/2- 1 cup, add wet Horseradish 1 TBS, dry mustard 1-2 TBS, salt and pepper. Put 1-2 TBS of this back into egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. You can use pickled relish instead of wet Horseradish whatever you prefer.
