Pavakka - 1 big, finely chopped
Onion 1, finely chopped
Green Chilli - 1 , finely chopped
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Coconut Oil - 1 ½ Tablespoon
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the grated coconut, chopped bitter gourd, onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
Heat ½ tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Then add the pavakka mixture into the pan.
Add salt Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir the mix. Cook until the water content evaporates completely. Stir occasionally.
Then pour one tablespoon of coconut oil, mix well.
Tips :
The more coconut you add, the more tasty it is.
