2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
28 oz. mincemeat
1 lb. mixed candied fruit
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Hard Sauce:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9" tube cake pan (Angel food cake pan). Line with wax paper and butter again.

Sift flour and soda. Combine eggs, milk, minced meat, fruit and walnuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Put into pan. Bake at 300 for 2 hours. Turn out and remove wax paper. Serve with hard sauce.

Hard Sauce:
Mix thoroughly. Spread on fruit cake slices like butter. Enjoy!
