For the cake:
Butter size of an egg, (1/3 c.)
cream together:
1 egg
1/4 t.salt
1 c.milk
2 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
2 c. flour

Stroessel:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry cake ingredients thoroughly. Pour into sprayed 8x8 pan. Melt 1/3 c. butter and pour over top.
Mix together stroessel ingredients by hand, and crumble on top.

35 min. in a 325 oven

Double receipe- 91/2x13 pan 325 for 35 min.
