4 slices Bacon
Zucchini
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Br.own Sugar

1 quart tomatoes

Directions:
Fry bacon and crumble. Set aside
In bacon pan (drain grease if there's a lot), put vegetables and cook till tender. Add vinegar and brown sugar while cooking. Cook till tomatoes are cooked down. (Simmer) It may take an hour. Watch closely. Can be put in a casserole and baked in oven. Just shortly before serving, return the crisp bacon to the completed dish. Thank you, Aunt Louise!

Aunt Louise, an excellent cook, served this dish at a Thanksgiving dinner. When I asked for the recipe, she said she didn't use one, but she sat down and patiently figured the amounts she used.
