3 c all purpose four
2 1/2 tsp quick rising yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning (optional)
1 c plus 2 T warm water
2 T olive oil

Directions:
preheat oven to 400º for bread follow pizza recipe directions for pizza.

I use my bread maker on manual mode
Add all ingredients in order listed. Let bread maker knead the dough. For french bread let rise in bread maker. When done remove and form an oblong loaf on a lightly floured surface.
Place on Parchment paper to rise covered with a towel until double in bulk. Slice top of loaf in three places with very sharp knife or razor blade. Put in oven on preheated baking stone or pan.

For Pizza let bread maker mix dough remove without rising and let rest for 30 minutes under a towel, punch down and form pizza crust.

If you do not have a bread maker knead dough in a mixer bowl with a dough hook for about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise for bread until double in bulk. Punch down and proceed with directions above.
