1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1.4 cup and 3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º. In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir into the peanut butter mix. Form dough into walnut sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Dip a fork into flour and criss cross each cookie to flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes until just lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
