1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c chopped onion
2 8 oz. can tomato sauce with cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, egg crackers, onion and 1/3 c sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 " by 12" on wax paper
Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture.
Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends to seal
Bake in a shallow dish 350º for one hour
Drain fat
Pour remaining sauce over roll and bake for 15 minutes
