Ingredients:  
1 lb rice
1 grated onion
1 lb chopped sweet Italian sausage (no casing)
1 lb raisins, seedless
Grated parmesean
1 stick margarine
2 stalks chopped celery
1 can Chicken broth
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onion & celery in margarine & oil. Add rice & broth til cooked. Cool mixture.

Brown meat separately. Add to above cooled mixture. Add raisins & grated cheese.

Once mixture is cooled, you can add 2 eggs if you like.
