Ingredients:  
2 egg whites (room temperature)
1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
green (or red) food coloring
1 pkg of mint (or raspberry) chocolate chips
Optional: 1/4 tsp mint extract (raspberry extract)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg Whites until stiff
Add Tartar
Add Sugar at low speed, then add Food Coloring
Fold in Chips

Drop on Ungreased cookie sheet w/teaspoon
Pre-Heat oven to 375 for 15 minutes.
Turn OFF oven & put in cookies overnite.
