2-cans Shoepeg Corn, drained
2-cans Black Beans, rinsed & drainedccbg
8-12 oz crumpled Feta Cheese
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
½ cup Olive Oil (not virgin)
½ cup Sugar
Chopped green onions (I use 3-4)

Frito Scoops or Tostitos Scoops (We like the fritos)
