1- Pre-Baked cornbread, cut into chunks
Creamed corn –can
Water chestnuts-sliced can
1 cup Chicken or Veggie broth
1 egg
¼ cup of butter, melted
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
Italian seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cornbread into chunks. Toss cornbread, water chestnuts, creamed corn, Italian seasonings and cheese in a large bowl. Beat egg with broth in a separate bowl. Combine two mixtures. Press into 9x13 pyrex baking dish, coated with PAM. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until it separates from the side of the baking dish and the top is golden brown.
