1 pkg yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
2 c. sifted flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat with electric mixer. Add softened yeast. Mix with spoon. Add 2 more cups flour to make soft dough. Let rise until doubled, punch down, let rise again. Roll or pat out in greased pan. Let rise until light. Press dents with your fingers before putting on topping of creamed brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 325.
