1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 t. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 T. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 T. poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, combine egg, sugar, mustard, vinegar and salt. Mix well. Add onion and oil. Blend. Add poppyseed. Blend, again. Refrigerate until ready to use.
