1 # butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 pint sour cream
4 egg yolks1(.6 oz) cake yeast
5-6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put all Cookie Ingredients in a bowl crumble yeast on top of flour and mix until a dough. Roll in 1/2" balls and place in greased bowl. Chill until firm. Flatten Balls in granulated sugar. Fill with walnut filling or buy solo raspberry or apricot filling and roll. Bake in 350 degree oven until browned

These are amazing. This recipe makes a ton of cookies, takes quite a bit of time, but is so so worth it!
